 Thank you for your interest in Natasha Louise designs.  By purchasing or downloading products from Natasha Louise Designs, you are agreeing to the following terms of use.  

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

These designs are for personal use only and are not to be redistributed in any way, used for commercial purposes or claimed as your own.

YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO:

• You may use and incorporate the content in your own personal, non-commercial creations, alter them by resizing, recoloring, adding or deleting from them.
• You may post creations made with the kit onto public galleries, your personal blog, or submit creations to magazines or online publications, provided that: the author and the kit name are properly attributed in the list of supplies, and that the final images are displayed in a flattened form (jpg/gif) and sized not more than 72dpi.
• You may also print a hard copy of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking/hybrid/journal projects.

YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO:

• You may not provide a copy, share or distribute any portions to any other individual.
• You may not use these graphics for any product or project that will be sold or used to generate income, which includes using these for design template applications, including, without limitation, website templates, flash templates and brochure design templates.
• You may not alter these graphics and claim them as your own.
• You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.
• You may not use the content or any part thereof as part of a trademark, design-mark, trade name, business name, service mark or logo.
• You may not use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.

Modification of Terms

Natasha Louise Designs has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any modifications shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior agreements.
